These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our website www.wrapandseal.com  and mobile application wrapandseal both named as ("our platform") and the services provided by Wrap and seal services and trading, a company incorporated and operating in the State of Qatar (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), which offers luggage wrapping services at customers’ doorsteps in Qatar. By accessing and using the App and the services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our platform

Our platform is operated by wrap and seal company ("We"). Wrap and seal company ("we" or "us"). We are registered in Qatar and under company commercial registration number 159795 and we have our registered office at Unit 5 Building 56, Street 342, Zone 22 ; Al Jazeera Street, Bin Mahmoud, Doha, Qatar.

General Scope

 This Agreement applies to all users who access and use the luggage wrapping services provided by the Company through the “platform”. The services are available for customers located within the State of Qatar. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you agree to adhere to all terms stated herein

Access to our platform is permitted on a temporary basis, we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our platform without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our platform is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our platform, or our entire platform, to users who have registered with us. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

When using our platform, you must comply with the provisions of our privacy policy

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our platform. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our platform through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

Intellectual property rights

 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our platform, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. You must not use any part of the materials on our platform for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. If you print off, copy or download any part of our platform in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our platform will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

All content and materials available on the App, including logos, images, text, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any materials from the App without prior written permission from the Company.

Our platform changes regularly

 We aim to update our platform regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our platform, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our platform may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

 Our liability

 The material displayed on our platform is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our platform or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our platform, any website, platforms linked to it and any materials posted on it, including:   loss of income or revenue; loss of business,  loss of profits or contracts;  loss of anticipated savings; loss of data;  loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, provided that this condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above.

Information about you and your visits to our platform

 We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our platform, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

 Viruses, hacking and other offences

 You must not misuse our platform by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform, the server on which our platform is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our platform. You must not attack our platform via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our platform will cease immediately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our platform or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website, platform linked to it.

Service Description

Wrap and Seal platform provides its customers and users the service of luggage and boxes wrapping service in a (vehicle) mobile van at their doorsteps, using a durable, high-quality film. The service is booked through the mobile application or by direct phone calls or messages to our customer service agents; service is limited within the state of Qatar. The Wrap and seal reserve the right to decline the service in certain locations of Qatar due the distance from main operations area (the city of Doha). Service can be provided if customer agrees to pay a surcharge for the distance travelled from Doha to his location.

Our team will visit the provided address in the mobile application at the scheduled time to wrap the luggage.

 Scope of Service

 The service covers:

·       Coming to customers address in the specified location at the pre-booked date and time

·       Wrapping of the luggage / box or any other material using durable materials.

·       Handing over the wrapped luggage back to customer.

·       The service does not include:

·       Luggage storage.

·       Luggage repair.

·       Packing or repacking of items inside the luggage.

·       Additional services not expressly mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Payment

  The following pricing structure applies to the luggage wrapping service:

·       The cost for wrapping each piece of luggage is QAR 43.

·       A domestic service one-time fee (named also home service fee) of QAR 20 applies when booking the service for 1, 2, or 3 pieces of luggage.

·       No home service fee will be charged for bookings of 4 or more pieces of luggage.

Wrap and seal follows a dynamic pricing strategy, and we reserve the right to change pricing structure to fit customer needs, such as introducing lower rates, discounts, special packages or removal of domestic and home services fees at certain times of the day or during certain periods of the year where demand is lower or higher. The pricing will be clearly mentioned in the mobile application prior to booking the service.

Wrap and seal reserves the right to offer corporate customer (companies, government organizations, hotels etc…)  special discounts, which are not applicable to public. 

Payment Method

 All payments will be made after service completion either through the mobile application via approved payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, or mobile wallets, or by cash, credit cards, mobile wallets at the service site. By submitting your payment details, you authorize the Company to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due. Client can download his / her invoice from the mobile application, or he can avail a manual receipt of payment from service provider (driver) if needed.

 Client Responsibilities

 As a client, you agree to:

·       Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your luggage and address for service delivery.

·       Ensure that your luggage is safe for wrapping and free from hazardous items, such as fragile or perishable goods, breakables, unauthorized items or goods, etc.…

·       Be present at the provided address at the time of the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in delays, cancellation or an additional fee.

·       Cooperate with the Company’s staff in regard to any instructions for proper luggage wrapping.

·       Prepare your luggage at the building entrance upon receiving a phone call from the service driver confirming he is in front of the building.

·       Make sure your luggage is locked / zipped / properly closed or sealed without any items hanging out of the luggage / box; Wrap and seal employees are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to client items inside his / her luggage.

·       Make sure to be present with the employees during the handover of luggage or boxes, during the wrapping service and when delivering back the luggage to you. Wrap and seal employees are not responsible for any luggage damage unless resulting from a misuse from the employee/s and reported on the spot to wrap and seal customer service or management.

·       Understand that our wrapping service includes a tight use of the wrapping material which may result in pressure on the luggage outer shell or items inside the luggage; wrap and seal is not responsible for any damage that occurs to luggage / box or items inside it.

·       Our service offers an extra layer of protection, however wrapping of special items such as TVs or other fragile equipment (musical or sports equipment etc..) do not prevent any potential damage that might occur during transportation or flight; we strive to do the best to wrap the items offering extra layer of protection, however wrap and seal is not to be held responsible for any damage that might occur during movement, transportation shipment or flight.

·       Understand that a delay in service may occur due to road traffic congestion or any other reason beyond wrap and seal control.   

Liability and Warranty

 The Company will take all reasonable steps to protect your luggage during the wrapping process. However, the Company is not liable for any damage to the luggage or its contents, provided the luggage was in good condition at the time of pickup. The Company makes no warranties regarding the effectiveness of the luggage wrapping against theft, loss, or damage. If damage is caused during the wrapping process, the Company will only be responsible for repairing or replacing the damaged luggage up to the amount of QAR 200 per luggage, subject to investigation and approval by the Company. Damage fees cover the cost of luggage or box itself, any goods inside the luggage / box are not covered by damage fees. It is the customer responsibility to have his items well protected inside the luggage.

Wrap and seal accepts only sealed luggage or boxes; open items will not be processed for wrapping.

The Company will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen events.

 Confidentiality

 The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information provided by customers. This information will only be used for the purpose of providing the service and for communication related to your service request.

The Company will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law or for service delivery.

Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service or access to the App at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate the service by canceling your booking via the App prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the timing of the cancellation.

 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of Qatar, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on the App, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer

 The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, completeness, or accuracy of the luggage wrapping services. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur due to the use of the service, except as expressly stated in this Agreement. By using the services provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the services.
